This promise is available before you place your order only.
It cannot be claimed after an order has been placed.

 

2. When can I use the Best Price Promise?

You can request the Best Price Promise when:

• You have found a comparable item on another reputable, verifiable website
  
• The other item has clearly listed specifications, such as:
   Diamond type (for example, lab-grown)
   Stone size and shape
   Colour and clarity
   Metal type and purity

3. What counts as a comparable offer?

For the Best Price Promise to be considered, the other offer should be:

• From an authentic, reliable jewellery website
  
• For a piece that is the same or clearly comparable in:
   Diamond or gemstone type
   Quality (colour, clarity and other key specs)
   Metal type and purity
  
  
• Shown with full specifications and current pricing
  

If the other item does not have clear specifications or differs in key aspects, it may not be treated as comparable.

 

4. When can Aurumya decline the Best Price Promise?

Aurumya reserves the right to decline the Best Price Promise, including where:

• The other website is not reliable or cannot be reasonably verified
  
• The product is not the same or not clearly comparable in quality or materials
  
• The other website does not list full or accurate specifications
  
• The price appears to be an error, temporary glitch or not a genuine, ongoing price
  

The Best Price Promise is always assessed on a case-by-case basis.

 

5. How do I claim the Best Price Promise?

To request the Best Price Promise:

2. Provide:

• The link to the other product
  
• Any relevant details showing the specifications and price

3. We will review the information and let you know whether we can beat the price and by how much (up to 10%)

6. Is my purchase insured during shipping?

Yes. Each purchase from Aurumya includes:

• Free shipping for Australian website orders, and
  
• Transit insurance while your order is being delivered to you
  

We mainly use Australia Post Express or similar services.

If changes are required to your ring after delivery (for example, resizing or repairs), shipping and insurance costs for sending the ring back to us are not covered under the Best Price Promise and are normally the responsibility of the customer.
