Shipping policy

At Aurumya, we want your jewellery to reach you safely, quickly and with as little friction as possible.
Here we explain how we ship, how long it usually takes, and what happens if there are delays.

 

1. Where we ship

At this time, Aurumya accepts online orders for delivery within Australia only.

If you would like international shipping, please contact us before placing an order so we can discuss options and confirm what is possible.

 

2. Delivery times within Australia

We use Australia Post or Sendle for our express deliveries.

  • Typical delivery time is around 2–5 business days once your parcel has been shipped. It usually take 3 to 4 weeks to complete a made to order jewellery. 
  • Actual timing depends on Australia Post timeframes and your location.

Any estimated time shown at checkout or provided in your confirmation is an estimate only and may vary due to factors outside our control (for example, carrier delays or public holidays).

 

3. Shipping method, cost and insurance

For Australian orders placed through the website:

  • Express shipping is included in our prices
  • Insurance is included while your order is in transit
  • Signature is required on delivery for your protection

There is no additional charge at checkout for express Australian shipping and transit insurance.

 

4. Tracking your order

Once your order has been shipped:

  • You can track your order by logging into your Aurumya account on the website
  • You will also receive tracking updates by message or email using the contact details you provided at checkout.

If you are having trouble finding your tracking number or tracking link, please contact us and we will assist.

 

5. Delayed or lost parcels

Your purchase is insured while it is on its way to you.

If your parcel is delayed or appears to be lost in transit:

  1. Please contact us with your order number and tracking details.
  2. We will assist with checking the status with the carrier and lodging any necessary enquiries or claims.
  3. If an item must be remade (for example, a made to order piece that is confirmed lost), this may take approximately 3–4 weeks plus shipping time. 
  4. We should be informed with in 7 business days, if you think parcel is lost.

Aurumya will help you through this process, but some steps and timing are dependent on the carrier’s investigation and insurance process.

 

6. Changes to shipping details

If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • We may be able to update your details before the order has been shipped
  • Once an order has been shipped and tracking details issued, changes may not be possible

We will always let you know what options are available at the time you contact us. We will not be able to cancel the order once shipped. 

 

7. Ethical and conflict-free sourcing

Aurumya works with suppliers who state that their diamonds and gemstones are conflict free.
Aurumya does not knowingly purchase or sell conflict diamonds.

If you would like to know more about a particular piece, you can contact us and we will provide further information about the stones and metals used.
